1. Who are minicab-london.org.uk?

minicab-london.org.uk is a young expanding company that was launched in 2008 to provide world class chauffeured transportation services to meet the demand for quality service in London. Minicab London professional services are ideal for the private, Family or corporate customer looking for comfortable, hassle free transportation to and from all major London airports or any other location in London. Minicab London is backed by a dedicated team of professionals, Minicab London is your number one choice for all your transportation needs.

2. What type of service do we provide?

We are open 24 hours; 7 days a week and we provide transfers from anywhere in London and the surrounding counties to any of London’s 5 Major Airports – Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton & London City Airport.

3. How easy is it to book with minicab-london.org.uk?

It should not take you more than a couple of minutes to complete a booking with us at minicab-london.org.uk If you are more comfortable using the phone you can call us on +4420-3004-8496 and we will happily take the details over the phone. The price is the same either way.

4. What areas do we cover?

We cover the whole of London and all surrounding areas. We pick up from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Luton, and Stansted as well as London City Airport. We drop to all London post codes as well as the areas surrounding the Main London Motorway ring called the M25. We also pick up from all these areas to drop to any of the London Airports.

5. Which airports do we cover?

We cover the all main London airports but will happily pick you up from another UK airport if required.

6. What type of Vehicles do we have?

We have a fleet ranging from standard Saloon also known as Sedan cars, Estate also known as Station Wagons and 7 Seater (MPV’s). We can also provide larger vehicles for groups of up to 49 passengers if required.

7. How early do I need to book?

Generally if booking on line you are advised to book 24 hours in advance. However you can call us up to 3 hours before you need the cab and we will happily accept your booking over the phone.

8. How can I pay for the service?

You can either pay while making the booking on line by Visa, Master card, American Express, Euro Card or any other credit or Debit card. Alternatively you can pay cash to the driver on arrival at your destination.

9. Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking 3 hours prior to the booked time. If you have paid in advance you will be issued a full refund. We do not deduct any administration charges.

10. Is minicab-london.org.uk is a licensed company?

Following UK Laws all taxis and minicab companies have to be licensed by the Public Carriage Office (Transport for London). This is the government agency responsible for taxis and minicabs. We are licensed and our Registration number is 5085.

11. Do we operate a fixed price policy?

Yes the price quoted is the price you pay. You may however be charged extra if you have ordered the wrong vehicle types. I.e. you order a saloon and all your luggage does not fit into the boot of the car. You would then be charged the difference of an estate car. Or if there is excessive waiting at the airport while picking you up or you require a diversion stop off point prior to reaching your final destination.

12. Do I need to pay in advance?

No. You can pay at anytime via the driver in cash when you reach your destination, Should you wish to pay in advance, you may do so online using your credit / debit card. We do not keep any of you card details; these are processed by Pay Pal who offers a secure service.

13. Do You Charge extra on Christmas Day or New Years Day?

Yes. Our price on Christmas Day and other holidays changes to reflect the needs of our staff. A fixed premium is added on such UK Public Holidays. The price you see on line is valid for any day of the year.

14. Will you meet us at any time of the day or night?

Yes our offices are opened and manned 24 hours a day – 7 days a week including all public holidays as well as Christmas and New Years Day.

15. What if my flight arrives early or is delayed? Will I be charged extra?

minicab-london.org.uk continuously monitor flight arrival times and DO NOT send the driver into the terminal until your flight has landed. Should your flight landing time changes our driver are informed and will come into the terminal accordingly to meet you.

16. What happens if my flight is cancelled?

If you flight is cancelled please call us and let our phone operators know and we will not send the driver.

17. What happens if I miss my flight?

Please let us know on +4420-3004-8496 that you have missed your flight we will not send our driver into the terminal and you will not have to pay for the journey. Often Drivers are sent early to meet with flight expectation times on the information provided by BAA flight arrivals Information desk.

18. What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?

If your flight is diverted please call us on +4420-3004-8496 as soon as possible and if possible we will organise to send the driver to the diverted airport or we will cancel the booking depending upon the situation.

19. Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

Once you have made your booking we will send you a confirmation e-mail confirming your booking and letting you know exactly where your driver will be waiting. In most terminals it is in front of the airportinformation desk.

20. What if I cannot locate my driver?

21. Will the transfer be direct or stop on route?

You are paying for the whole vehicle and not per person. It is a private hire for you only. The vehicle will take you directly to your destination.

22. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once booked is made you should receive an email confirming your booking or sms message. If you are unsure please call us on 020-3004-8496 or if easier please email back our control centre atbooking@minicab-london.org.uk

23. Can I get a receipt?

Yes if you need a receipt just ask your driver. Our drivers carry receipts in their vehicles and will be happy to give you one at the end of the journey; if paying by credit card then you can print out the Pay Pal payment receipt as your receipt.

24. Do I have to book online?
